1. WHEN TO GO OUTSIDE
Daylight will be rare in northern Europe and you should plan your day around being as often outside in daylight as possible. We rather go to farmers’ markets during our lunch break or for a run in the park and then meet with friends right after work for an early dinner. Make sure you spend at least 30 minutes outside in bright daylight.
