My sketch book from NYFW

Collage NYFW

NEW YORK: The good thing about spring/summer 2016 is that it was shown in sunny, still hot NYC and that we wished that we could skip winter and start with the new season right away. We  loved the ruffles, bobbles, tussles, volumed proportions and super cool colour palettes. And wanted to return immediately to Capri when we looked at Tory Burch and Tommy Hilfiger.

The long silhouette at Victoria Beckham, the way Riccardo Tisci styled his first Haute Couture show in NYC (usually showing in Paris) and the preppy style by Coach showed American fashion is a multifarious way. Oscar de la Renta’s successor Peter Copping made the most stunning sky-blue evening gown and Derek Lam’s white booties will be on our feet even when it is still snowy outside. The new romantics at Rodarte and the perfect play with proportion at Rosie Assoulin inspired us to keep on drawing into our sketchbook all night long.

Take a look at many other favourite outfits and follow us to the next stops — London, Milan and Paris.
