Make Shopping fun again

It could not have been a better moment to present our Spring / Summer 2021 Collection this week in Munich hosted by ODEEH at their KF 14 concept store.
Despite the Aprilesque weather, the space, our products and the mix of friends, followers, editors and shoppers about town couldn’t have been more inspiring.

We had been planning this event for a while and it was the first time we presented our whole range of products by irmasworld and the new spring collection (60 pieces by now). Including handmade accessories, living objects and our newly launched summer knitwear collection made by hand with organic cotton in Germany.
Of course, flowers and vases could not be missing, and we invited one of the most talked about glassware designers and artist Marie Victoire Winckler (seen in AD GERMANY & KONFEKT) from Paris, presented by Nikola Zach, to show her pieces between our collection in an almost historical shopping site, the original HELMUT LANG STORE, first and only in Germany.

We had many discussions with our team how to create a unique shopping experience after lockdown and it was concluded that it should not only be about our collection, but more about dipping into the world of IRMA, which is basically formed by joy of life, sustainable and local values of creating and making fashion and living objects, and to get into a dreamy mood the moment you enter the shop.

The result was incredible: a meeting place for the most interesting women in town, who exchanged ideas and thoughts, browsing the goods, tried on the collection, grabbed a vase for the weekend bouquet or put together their holiday wardrobe.
Shopping should be always like this, and retailers must now more than ever search for new outstanding, experimenting models to entertain their customers.

We think that today it’s not just about making beautiful fashion but telling a story that makes sense for the customer It’s not just a brand’s story. It’s a narrative created through multiple editorials about travel, beauty, food, design, art, and other inspiring fashion concepts.

This and the love for craft, art and artisanal objects is what IRMASWORLD stands for. This is what we like to communicate and develop, keeping an eye on the world and the bigger picture around us.

Thank you all for stopping by.

ABOUT IRMASWORLD
Irmasworld.com is a digital magazine about travel, beauty, fashion, design, food and living.
Starting from the illustrated character IRMA, we tell stories, interview the people who trigger our minds, and show the places and things that delight our eyes.
With the beginning of the pandemic in February 2020, we started our slow fashion label Irmasworld – The Label, which slowly and fairly produces clothes locally in Germany with fabrics and materials from Europe. We only make our products after ordering, but we still deliver to our customers within about 6 days. We keep the supply chain and the transport route short, support our local German market and create drops when we feel it’s time.

Subscribe to our newsletter for weekly new drops.
