Here are the places that stroke our eyes, grabbed our attention, and made breakfast, lunch or dinner a delicious experience with many ideas we bring back home.
EL PATIO
A beautiful courtyard restaurant in the quieter part of the Justicia area, in the backyard of a boutique hotel that welcomes you with a shady patio courtyard and blue striped umbrellas for the most delicious lunch menu, like artichokes on sweet potatoes or classic pastrami sandwiches. Don’t miss the inside magazine corner, that takes care of you in case you are eating without company.
WOW CONCEPT STORE & PAPELERIA CÀMARA
Grab a summer hat when walking around town and get inspired by the latest concept store WOW on Grand Via that has a selection of all the Spanish and niche designers you want now, besides a great tec, beauty and living department.
Quite the opposite when it comes to visual merchandising is the art supply store PAPELERIA CÁMARA in Justicia-Chueca.
First stop in the morning is GOOD NEWS, a newsstand and kiosk that provides you with everything you need in the morning and throughout the day. We love their edit of magazines and snacks.

LOVE STORIES & WOW
The first Love Story lingerie store opened in Madrid and is still the nicest one, although they are now a big chain throughout Europe. Their selection of Beachwear and lingerie, as well as their window design is worth stopping by.
NAIF CAFÉ
Recently opened and offers a cozy and relaxed atmosphere and interior to enjoy hot coffee and homemade cakes.
You will find everything for cooking the best pasta at home. A selection of homemade pasta and stuffed tortellini, homemade Sugos, and cheeses, besides the best tools of the trade.
What I like most about Madrid is that you still find the classic boutiques where you will find only Spanish designers, hardly any international labels and excellent sales personal. It is such a pleasure to discover places like this.
