20th DECEMBER: What I love about Vienna is its charm and laid-back lifestyle. I could sit in coffee houses for hours, and there’s nothing better than a leisurely Sunday brunch. And the Park Hyatt Vienna serves an especially lovely Sunday brunch – in fact they don’t call it brunch but “Gabelfrühstück”, a typical Viennese meal at lunchtime. It’s served at The Bank restaurant between noon (so no reason to get up early) and 3 p.m. – complete with live jazz and swing music. The setting in the ornate former bank counter area is unique and the food outstanding.
