NADIA’S DAILY TIPS

I always make sure I take probiotics in the morning with my cup of hot water and lemon and if I have eaten late or a mix of food I take digestive enzymes at night to help with digestion.

This is a good time of year to start a healthy regime and starting with simple things like drinking a lot of water, making sure you eat mostly fresh and not processed food, trying to have a green juice daily and keeping sugar to a minimal.

I like to set my clock so it’s 30 minutes ahead of time and tricks me into waking up half an hour earlier to do 15 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation in the morning. If the sun shines, try and start the day with a walk in the park.

I prefer adding good habits and making them grow rather than going on extreme diets or cleansing programs.
