A Pop-up in St Moritz’s Kulm Hotel by Chef Tim Raue

This winter season 2017/18, Berlin-based celebrity chef Tim Raue (awarded with 19 Gault Millau points and 2 Michelin stars) will realize his own pop-up restaurant, „The K by Tim Raue“, at the Kulm Hotel.

We had a chat in his kitchen at the grand hotel about his plans for the season and how he will incorporate his well-known Asian flavours into a creative wine & dining experience.
