NEW YORK: Those days you cannot simply let things just happen, it seems to me that everything is well planned and if you meet someone who is just doing whatever he or she feels like doing, you envy that person for just not worrying too much. But, if you want your Instagram Pics show all the goodnessof you and if you feel like performing your highest level during a certain time of the year, follow IRMA ́S Guideline for feeling simply your very best. I guarantee, it will show! And it is only for now.

1. Start in the morning and increase water-containing, alkaline vegetables and vegetable-based juices.The more colourful, the better!

2. No alcohol, sugar, wheat, dairy and red meat. Sticking to a low-grain, low-fat, low-sodium “diet” will reduce water-retention and cellulite; hence your legs look perfect.

3. Aim to stay light until lunch or dinner. I suggest to add avocado, cold pressed oils and nuts to your greens to avoid hunger. It will also give you more energy throughout the entire day.

4. Combine food types appropriately. For example: No proteins with starches; Always eat fruits alone.

5. Try to eat a raw salad before cooked food to help aid digestion. Avoid raw cruciferous veggies likecauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts, as they tend to create gas.

6. Drink at least three litres of water (room temperature, ice water will hamper digestion) and herbaltea to assist in flushing out toxins and keep you hydrated, but try not to drink water during meals. Add cucumber, lemon or mint for extra flavour and alkalinity.

7. Aim to start every day with warm water and lemon. It will wake up your digestive system, assists influshing out toxins and it’s alkalizing for the body.

8. Walk at least 5 km a day. It is not too much but walking sculpts your tights and keeps your metabolic level in balance. Whenever you feel hungry get active and go for a walk.

9. If you need to indulge yourselves try to do that at noontime and never at night, so your body can still work off the extra calories and toxins.

10. Sleep!!! Sleep takes care of everything. It even burns calories, relaxes your muscles and makes you simply look and feel good.
