I have the habit to rethink and sometimes change my beauty routine and products every season. Why? Because our skin changes continuously and that’s not only through aging, more stress, a sudden allergy or simply different habits. Think of the temperature change, environment and your lifestyle and adjust your beauty routine at least twice a year.
One thing always stays constant: Lots of water every day to hydrate from inside. According to what I need, I add for example mint leaves for refreshment, ginger for detoxing and cucumber for a hydrating boost.
