Milan: Milan Fashion Week has ended and the wish list is almost endless. But the exploration in town for great finds goes on and I enjoy mostly to just walk around and find places which reflect the spirit and vision of the city.
Whether it is a design shop – my favorites in Milan are Nilfuar, where every piece of furniture tells a story, and Spazio Ponttaccio, where you can find designs by Oki Sato, Marcel Wanders and Piero Lissoni, among others – or a restaurant to gather with your friends like Jade Cafe to watch the city go by, or places which are always full of surprises, for example the multi-brand boutique Antonia, where exclusive Nike capsules are quickly sold out and shoes by Sophia Webster look like candy on the shelves, Milan is a treasure trove.
