The latest winter issue of KONFEKT takes readers on a journey into the vibrant and diverse world of Jasmin Khezri, the creative force behind IRMASWORLD and the Jasmin Khezri Collection. From her wood-panelled studio in Munich’s picturesque Bogenhausen district – a neighbourhood renowned for its elegant, early 20th century charm – Khezri creates timeless pieces that reflect her Iranian-German heritage and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and storytelling.
This season’s collection is a study in refined textures and colours, with shades of caramel, plum and deep green setting the tone. Highlights include a Renaissance-inspired waterproof jacket in Pierre Frey fabric and wide-legged trousers in plaid cotton and flannel. Each piece is meticulously crafted, incorporating unique materials such as vintage buttons from Paris and ribbons from Japan, and fusing traditional Persian hunting coat silhouettes with Bavarian Tracht influences to create garments that feel both timeless and contemporary.
Khezri’s artistic roots run deep. Known worldwide as the creator IRMA the whimsical cartoon character that has appeared in magazines, on billboards in Times Square and on the cover of Elle Japan, Khezri has extended her storytelling ethos to IRMASWORLD. This lifestyle platform seamlessly blends fashion, beauty, travel and food into an inspiring narrative for a modern, discerning audience.
