MONCLER Genius Building

The new kind of fashion show is actually a presentation, or should I say art exhibition?

At the prestigious Palazzo delle Scintille, the brand Moncler has created a perfect mix between a contemporary art exhibition and a futuristic fashion show, combining virtual and real work which took place on eight floors at the Moncler genius building, presenting a different designer on each floor.

Artist and designer like Palm Angels, the minimalism of Simone Rocha, the street universe of 1952, the romanticism of (Moncler’s) Grenoble, the space together with Craig Green, the three-dimensional games of Noir Kei Ninomiya and the tradition with Hiroshi Fujiwara.

GUCCI’s MUST: A Sneakers

Among all the items in the collection, including studded masks, accessories, bags and very theatrical make-up, it was all about sportswear and creating the next sneaker of the season.

CRACCO: Milan most stylish restaurant.

Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco’s newest venture, designed by Studio Peregalli is more than just a restaurant. A café, patisserie, wine bar, private lounge, and chocolatery, and of course a fine-dining restaurant. Located in Milan‘s historic Galleria Vittorio, the oldest functioning shopping mall in the world and an architectural marvel itself, Cracco takes a surprisingly loose approach to dining—grab an espresso in the morning, chow on saffron risotto for dinner, and sip on Merlot into the night.

SIXT GALLERY: Heaven commercial place

Here we see how we like to shop in the future. SIX GALLERY , the Sixème bistrot and the wonderful green design boutique, Irene, curated by David Lopez Quincoces and Fanny Bauer Grung, create a great place for design and quality food. The atmosphere is mainly created by the architectural office Quincoces-Drago & Partners and besides they hold a gallery which aims at combining design from different époques and origins.
The pieces shown range from collectors pieces to anonymous ones, which together tell the tale of an ever changing space and aesthetic., which you can enjoy by ordering lunch or just an espresso.
