Here comes the latest drop for our handmade baskets.
All in a limited edition of eight, they are made in Portugal and decorated in our studio in Munich.
Each one is different, but they all have an emphasis on detail and craftsmanship. We add different materials, fabrics, yarns, organic wools and ribbons.
Angelika, who used to teach at the Bauhaus in Dessau, takes different techniques that are typical of the school and reuses them in a modern way. For example, the embroidery around the fabric collage of the LES FABLES basket, where she cuts out elements of a Pierre Frey fabric and embroiders them onto the basket.
The handles are also wrapped in a typical Bauhaus technique.
We love to embellish these unique handmade baskets, which add a bohemian touch to your outfit and are little works of art in themselves.
