When in Venice after a long day of strolling around and looking at art either at the Biennale, Arsenale or the many galleries aside take a break in the early evening hours in one of the many aperitivo bars in town. There is not much night life happening in Venice but around six o clock you meet in a bar, chat and mangle with the venetian crowd or just let the evening begin.

Casanova can’t be wrong. The most famous Venetians wrote about it in his memoirs. Close to the Rialto market. The house wine is one of the best.

Almost impossible to find, but worth the effort. The large bar is dominating the interior and the relaxed crowd is guaranteeing a great evening.
