BLUE LEMONADE: Blue Spirulina, water, lemon, lemongrass, honey

IRMA’s RECIPE: SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE
1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
50g cucumber, skin on
200ml milk of your choice
30g spinach or kale
1 teaspoon spirulina powder

 

CASHEW MILK: Cashew, date, sesame, vanilla, cinnamon, water

Bircher Muesli with Frank Juice cashew milk

IRMA’s RECIPE: BIRCHER MUESLI

recipe for 1 big or two small bowls:
30g quick cooking oats
30g whole oats
30g chopped, roasted hazelnuts
40g carrots, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 big tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cranberries
250ml Frank Juice cashew milk

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or glas, cover and keep in the fridge overnight
2. In the morning, stir and top with nuts, yogurt and fruit
