Our handmade knitwear collection is made in Germany from carefully chosen, organic yarn, mostly from Shetland, Scotland, or Ireland.
We believe that a handknitted piece of garment has a much greater value because you feel the skills of the worker when wearing your piece.
We design short-sleeved jumpers, pullovers and cardigans so that they match our blouses and shirts and that you can wear them in many ways. Front to back, the other way around, belted or loose.
In this way, you have a wide variety of options with one part to create your personal best silhouette and to choose the colour that you would like to show, vibrant or more classic.
We are happy to welcome Angelika to our team. She used to be a teacher at the Bauhaus in Dessau for “Handarbeits Lehre” before joining Wolfgang Joop’s Wunderkind where she already produced unique knitwear.
She now takes care of our handmade pieces, which we create in unique designs from organic wool. At Irmasworld – The Label, she takes care of anything handknitted, embroidered or stitched.
