MUNICH: Already a must-have beauty item in Korea for a long time, the Miracle Cushion is now available in Europe. IRMA was curious about how you can achieve the best result from this beauty miracle and she had a quick chat with Lancôme’s make-up artist Roland Bauer at the L’Oréal Académie in Munich.

IRMA: What is the perfect prep for Miracle Cushion by Lancôme?

Ronald Bauer: Just use your usual day care, that’s it. The great thing is that you can reuse it on top of a previous make-up application. For example, if you have done your make-up in the morning and want to just freshen it up at night, you can pat your skin with tissue paper to take off excess oil and than just re-pat the Miracle Cushion make-up on top. Then you put on a second layer of eye shadow and blusher and it will have an amazing pigmentation and will stay on even better and longer.

IRMA: Can I use the product in different ways?

R.B.: Yes, you can use it like a CC cream, a regular make-up, a concealer or just cover up some irregular skin. You just use the cushion in different ways and either more or less product, according to what you want.

IRMA: Which other trick do I need to know?

R.B.: Go with the make-up pad along your lip line and eye lid and use it as a perfect base to define your contours. You will get flawless skin and at the same time protection against the sun, as the Miracle Cushion comes with a 23 SPF.
