We like the quote by Christobal Balenciaga: “A woman has no need to be perfect or even beautiful to wear my dresses. The dress will do all that for her.”
We agree and putting on a dress on a warm summer day is another good reason to make you feel good. For us two components make a good dress: a great print and a perfect fit.
The warmer the weather, the more loose the cut and all you need is a belt or ribbon to hold it together. We selected our favourite dresses and were inspired by Sean Scully’s painting Wall Pale Green (2016) at Timothy Taylor Gallery in London.
