CORTANA

Home Collection by Cortana

Cortana, designed by Rosa Esteva, born and raised on the island of Mallorca. Cortana’s creations are characterised by a careful selection of fabrics, colour palette and unique prints based on the creative director’s own watercolours. The collections are made exclusively from natural fabrics of the highest quality, and each piece is made with care and attention to detail by artisan hands. Since the beginning, production has focused on small workshops that keep alive the textile heritage of Barcelona or Mallorca, where we support the recovery of local craftsmanship. Since 2022 Cortana, in collaboration with master craftsmen from Mallorca, has included a new line; Cortana Casa, with various objects such as ceramic tableware, wooden trays or blown glass vases, among others. Find its new space of more than 600 square metres in the heart of Palma, where all the brand’s lines are on display.

Balearic publisher based in Mallorca that produces furniture, lamps, objects and contemporary accessories inspired by the island’s traditional crafts. All products are handmade by Mallorcan artisans using local materials and sustainable methods.
From the outset, Ediciones de Diseño LPM has designed contemporary pieces inspired by traditional objects of daily use and produced them in a 100% handmade, artisanal, local and sustainable way. It works with a team of master craftsmen who are experts in working with different materials: wood, rush, brass, leather, textiles and others.

A design and pottery studio located in Palma de Mallorca.
Each object is a unique piece for those who love craftsmanship and design. Their idea is to offer a product that tells a little story. A few years ago they opened a space in a unique place in Palma: the Sant Feliu’s coach houses.
There you will find the latest collections as well as collaborations with other local makers and invite you to feel the textures of our pottery.

In addition to working on their own production, they design custom collections side by side with with local and international clients who come from the world of gastronomy, art or architecture.

 

GORDIOLA

The Council of Ministers has declared the technique of glassblowing in Spain as a representative manifestation of the intangible heritage, highlighting in particular the production centres of more than three centuries of activity, such as Gordiola Glass in Mallorca. Adriana Meunie 

Adriana Meunie is a textile artist from the island of Mallorca. She uses local wool, rope, raffia or esparto (a Mallorcan plant) to weave large-format paintings on a loom. A way of reinterpreting and rehabilitating centuries-old know-how. Her works can be found in the most beautiful houses and most elegant hotels in Mallorca.
