January is about the absence of light. Although the days are getting longer again, our skin and organism is missing the sun and spring is still far away.
Our beauty edit for this month is about reflections, adding a glow, prepping and spending again more and more time outside.
If you can, walk instead of taking the car. If it is not too cold, don’t wear a hat, so as much light hits your skin and take a break sitting in the sun, around noon.
Like this your skin is adapting slowly to more sunlight, your body will get natural Vitamin D again and the fresh air keeps you energized.
